It's the Heat Wave of the Century, and Country Yossi has his callers in the hot seat, sittin' and schvitzin'. But Yossi beats the heat by handing out cool Grand Prizes and by putting a little paper umbrella in his iced tea.

Country is once again joined by special guest Shmaya Friedman of JRunners to discuss the upcoming Women's 5K Run/Walk and the 200K JRunners Relay Race. The money raised for this year’s 200K Relay Race will go to benefit the OHR MEIR FOUNDATION, a non-for-profit organization that helps children with cancer and life threatening diseases. 

Also, Rabbi Chaim Prussman joins Country for the Beth Shifra report. But wait, there's more! Rabbi Moshe Meir Weiss calls in and turns a heat-related blackout into a D'var Torah!
