Country is once again joined by special guest Shmaya Friedman of JRunners to discuss the upcoming Women's 5K Run/Walk and the 200K JRunners Relay Race. The money raised for this year’s 200K Relay Race will go to benefit the OHR MEIR FOUNDATION, a non-for-profit organization that helps children with cancer and life threatening diseases. 

Also, Rabbi Chaim Prussman joins Country for the Beth Shifra report. But wait, there's more! Rabbi Moshe Meir Weiss calls in and turns a heat-related blackout into a D'var Torah!
